Exchanging inclusive feedback
Many people find giving and receiving feedback difficult. How will the other person react? Why is my colleague saying this? What might sound perfectly normal to you may sound very harsh to someone else, or, inversely, may be vague and raise many questions. Especially when dealing with people from different (cultural) backgrounds, you may be in for some surprises. In this workshop, you will get tips and tools for giving and receiving feedback in an enjoyable, effective and inclusive way.
