- Expert: As an expert, you usually work in multidisciplinary teams for aquaculture and fisheries companies and feed producers.
- Consultant or policy adviser: You can work for multilateral, national and regional governmental agencies or NGO’s (World Bank, FAO, ministries, provinces, water boards, WWF, the North Sea foundation etc.). Moreover, at private companies there is an increasing demand for production chain management (e.g. Aholt, Heiploeg).
- Researcher: You could become a researcher at a university or a research institute.
- Other: There are many other options like starting your own company, working in communication, education, etcetera.
