WUR Essentials for International Students
Get set for your move to Wageningen. In this session, you will learn the essentials for international students, from housing and visas to life on campus and practical tips for settling in. A presentation given by current students to future ones!

Ever wondered how new food products are created? In the Food Technology Lab Experience, you discover what a day in the lab for a food technology student looks like.
Mini college
Our staff members will give a preview of how second-year students develop a plan for better land and water management for the Rau River Catchment, on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. We will delve into the current challenges in the area and how these could be resolved; and we will pay attention to the context for such a plan, the role of international experts in developing them, the required professional knowledge and the necessary skills set. How would you tackle such a challenge?
Practical Coral Biology
Experience a practical with real life corals and discover their secrets under the microscope.
Reflective Campus Tour
During the Reflective Campus Tour, you’ll explore campus from a different perspective. Guided by staff and tour guides, you’ll hear the stories and history behind the spaces and reflect on themes like diversity, inclusion and decolonisation.
