My work revolves around understanding consumer behaviour and developing strategies to accelerate the transition to plant-based proteins.
As a researcher in Consumer Behaviour, I work on various applied research projects that connect stakeholders across the value chain to promote plant-based protein production and consumption.
This includes monitoring protein intake on a national level, conducting consumer acceptance experiments in retail environments, and researching more sustainable production methods for alternative proteins.
