The accommodation has been booked from Wednesday 20 November to Sunday 23 November (4 nights).

Including:

  • Accommodation for 4 nights (Wednesday-Sunday)
  • Bedlinen
  • Tourist tax
  • Bus transport on Friday morning to the campus, Friday from campus to student party, from student party to Boerderij Hoekelum. Saturday morning from Boerderij Hoekelum to the campus and back to the Boerderij in the afternoon.
  • Breakfast for 4 days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Bread, yoghurt, toppings (like marmelade and cheese) and tea/coffee/orange juice

Transport

Wageningen University will arrange bus transport. It will take 10 minutes by conference bus to Wageningen Campus (4,5 km).

Arrival

Take the train to station Ede-Wageningen. From there you can take a bus to busstop Hoekelumsebrinkweg, Bennekom. After that it's a 6 minute walk to Boerderij Hoekelum. Please check the Dutch website on Public Transport for the timetable and walking route.
