Stay with the Trouble
Are you working with multiple stakeholders, other disciplines or on disputed topics? You are likely to encounter conflict at one point. How can we deal with professional conflicts and disagreement? And how can dialogue skills contribute? Every conflict has a different approach depending on the type of conflict, the cause, the situation and its context. After all, no two situations are the same. In this session, we collectively identify options, visions and practical advice for dealing with conflict by drawing on each other's experiences and expertise.
By being in connection through good conversations, we can truly contribute to complex transitions. This monthly dialogue community meet-up helps to increase your dialogue knowledge and skills.

This meet-up is hosted by Riti Herman Mostert (WCDI) and former WUR colleague Yael van Assendelft. This workshop can also be booked for your team of department via Wageningen Dialogues.
