Student Service Centre
The SSC helps students with information about enrollment, admission, tuition fees, and legal residence. You can also contact the SSC for advice on study-related issues, advice on study delays, or help from a dean.
You can contact us via the Student Desk or through our Questions & Answers.
Student Desk | Opening hours
The student desk in the Forum is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.*
The Student Training and Support desk is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
*PLEASE NOTE: Fortunately, as of Monday, November 4, large parts of the now closed areas in Forum (in part C, see drawing) can be used again. The situation is slightly different than what everyone is used to. For example, you may experience some inconvenience from repair work. But in order to allow education to continue properly, including the provision of study areas, it has been decided to start with this partial opening. It will be indicated on site which rooms are accessible and which are not. For faculty and students, please still check your schedule.
Library services are not yet fully operational but the Library will be largely accessible again starting Monday, November 4.
However, Forum does close every evening at 7 p.m. and the building will also remain closed on weekends for the time being, with the exception of the Open Day on Saturday, November 9. This is due to repair work so that we can minimize any inconvenience during the day.
In order to offer students, student associations and In'to Languages an alternative for the evening hours, as of Monday, Nov. 4, Aurora will be open in the evening hours (Monday through Thursday evenings) until 11 p.m.
