Excursions and education
As part of Wageningen University & Research Unifarm has possibilities for receiving groups and for knowledge transfer. Excursions through the greenhouse complex, along the experimental fields, or to the Organic Experimental and Training Farm ‘Droevendaal’ can be organised for those who are interested in plant research.

Special possibilities for education
Wageningen University & Research considers contacts with the educational sector very important. Unifarm therefore regularly hosts visits of groups of pupils and students of various ages. Collections
For education and research purposes Unifarm maintains collections of grasses and agricultural crops. Unifarm is also managing a plant disease garden and a nematode field. Some compartments of Radix Serre are housing a collection of tropical crops.
